Trimetazidine HCl
Indications/Uses
Add-on therapy for the symptomatic treatment of patients w/ stable angina pectoris who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to 1st-line antianginal therapies in adults.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 1 tab bid. Renal impairment (CrCl 30-60 mL/min) 1 tab in the morning. 
Administration
Should be taken with food: Patient w/ renal impairment: Take during breakfast.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Parkinson disease, parkinsonian symptoms, tremors, restless leg syndrome & other related movement disorders; severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min).
Special Precautions
Hypotension; moderate renal impairment. Cases of dizziness & drowsiness affecting ability to drive & use machines. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn <18 yr. Elderly >75 yr.
Adverse Reactions
Dizziness, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea & vomiting, rash, pruritus, urticaria, asthenia.
